Acceptance of these Terms

You may use the service only if you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the service or create a profile. We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or have previously been removed for violating these Terms.

By using Adult Arrangements, you represent that the information you provide about your age and identity is truthful. The service is for consenting adults only and must never be used to contact or depict minors.

Your account and access code

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, activity performed through it, and keeping your access code confidential. Do not sell, transfer, share, or provide access to your profile. Notify us if you believe your profile or access code has been compromised.

Profiles are organized around travel dates and are intended to be temporary. You can edit or delete your profile through trip settings. We may suspend, restrict, or remove a profile when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Member conduct

You agree to communicate honestly, respect boundaries, and obtain clear, voluntary, and ongoing consent. You may not use the service to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, coerce, exploit, impersonate, or discriminate against another person.
• Facilitate trafficking, commercial sexual services, non-consensual activity, or any illegal transaction.
• Post intimate content without every depicted person’s permission or share another member’s private information.
• Solicit money, commit fraud, distribute malware, scrape profiles, send spam, or use automated access without permission.
• Misrepresent your age, identity, location, intentions, relationship status, or relevant profile information.
• Promote violence, hate, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service.

Safety and member interactions

Adult Arrangements provides tools for adults to discover and communicate with one another. We do not control member conduct, verify every statement, conduct comprehensive background checks, or guarantee that a member is safe, compatible, or acting honestly.

You are responsible for your decisions and in-person interactions. Use caution, protect your personal and financial information, meet in public first when appropriate, tell someone you trust about your plans, arrange your own transportation, and leave any situation that feels unsafe. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger. Blocking or reporting a member does not replace contacting law enforcement or other appropriate authorities when necessary.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, profile text, and messages you submit. You give Adult Arrangements a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, safety, and legal retention.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your content and that it does not violate law, these Terms, or another person’s rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates risk for members or the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. Do not publish sensitive information in your profile or messages unless you understand that other members may see it.

Service availability and changes

We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security events, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, any particular match, response, relationship, or outcome.

Third-party services

The service may rely on or link to third-party hosting, content, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, safety, or compatibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adult Arrangements and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from member conduct, interactions, content, unauthorized access, service interruption, lost data, or reliance on the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Your responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Adult Arrangements and its operators from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

General terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. Any dispute, governing-law rule, or remedy that cannot legally be limited by these Terms remains governed by applicable law.
